This Seven Lipid-lowering Tea Agent Of Nafld Rats Blood Lipid Metabolism And Liver Tissue Morphology Of Experimental Research

Objective:To observe the influence of zhaqi dropping fat tea on lipid metabolism and liver tissue morphology in the rats with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.Methods:72SD rats adaptability feeding after one week,were randomly divided into normal group,model group,Jiangzhitongluo soft capsule group(Jiangzhitongluo group),zhaqi droppingfat tea in high dosage treatment group(zhaqi high dose group),middle dosage treatment group(zhaqi middle dose group),low dosage treatment group(zhaqi low dose group).Every group were12rats.In addition to the normal group was given basic forage,the remaining rats were given high fat forage,after feeding four weeks,12rats were randomly drew off from each group(from the normal group only2rat and only10model rats) to take liver do pathological tip to identify the NAFLD model,The normal group and the model group were irrigated by volume of distilled water daily,Low,middle and high dose group were given zhaqi dropping fat tea0.5times dosage(0.81g/kg.d),1times dosage(1.62g/kg.d),1.5times dosage(2.43g/kg.d),Jiangzhitongluo group received Jiangzhitongluo soft capsule drug27mg/kg.d, After four weeks later,the rats were killed after drawing blood from Abdominal artery,then removed the liver quickly,weighed liver wet weight,liver index;Serum level of TC,TG and HDL-C,LDL-C was detected;liver tissue was harvested for histologic sections,routine HE staining to observe the pathological changes.Results:(1)Compared with the normal control group,the liver weight and liver index of model group was significantly increased,the difference was statistically significant;Comparison with the model group,zhaqi treatment group and Jiangzhitongluo group liver weight, liver index decreased significantly,the difference was statistically significant,but no significant differences between the groups.(2)The levels of TC,TG and LDL-C in serum of model rats were significantly increased than the normal group;The levels of HDL-C in model group was abnormally reduced than the normal group.Application of zhaqi group and Jiangzhitongluo group after treatment,the rat serum TC, TG, LDL-C level compared with the model group was significantly lower HDL-C levels were significantly increased,the difference was statistically significance,but no significant differences between the groups.(3)Observed under light microscope,the model rats showed diffuse hepatic steatosis,and can be seen that a large number of inflammatory cell infiltration,the liver tissue of Zhaqi treatment group was normal basicly,Only high-powered microscope, a small number of liver cells have small vacuolar degeneration,Compared with model group,Zhaqi treatment group and Jiangzhitongluo rats hepatic steatosis extent and inflammatory conditions have improved to varying degrees,especially Zhaqi middle and high dose group improved more significantly.Conclusion:Zhaqi dropping fat tea can improve NAFLD rat disorder of lipid metabolism,lipid lowering,with prevention and treatment of NAFLD effect;Zhaqi dropping fat tea significantly improved model of non-alcoholic fatty liver in rat liver tissue pathological changes,reduce the liver fatty degeneration.
