Objective:Investigate follicular mal-development Infertility of the yang deficiency constitution with the characteristics of peripheral T lymphocyte subsets to assess the immune status.Methods:1. Refer to the latest2009version of the association of "Chinese constitution classification and making" for the standard,advisory expert opinion formulated after physical form.2. Collect time was from October2011to March2012.The case group from the Gynecology clinic of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine follicular mal-development Infertility’s women of reproductive age,eliminate the uterus,tubal lesions of the patients.The normal group from Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital and the Second Affiliated Hospital Medical Center,healthy women of reproductive age with follicular normal.3. Divided into the yang deficiency constitution and non-yang deficiency constitution through performing the physical investigation.4. Three groups in the state of the body in good condition in a premenstrual week at the Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Clinical of Medicine and reproductive laboratory,extracted5ml of morning fasting peripheral blood.Hand plane detected T-cell subsets (CD3+,CD4+,CD8,CD4+/CD8+)level by flow cytometry of Beckman Coulter production.5. The data from the SPSS17.0statistical software for statistical analysis.Results:In this clinical study,52cases follicular mal-development infertility’s patients were collected.Including28cases follicular mal-development infertility’s patients of yang deficiency constitution were collected and24cases follicular mal-development infertility’s patients of non-yang deficiency constitution were collected.21cases of healthy women of childbearing age were collected.The average age of32.1±6.30years is yang deficiency constitution patients,the average age of33.0±4.96years is non-yang deficiency constitution patients,and the average age of30.24±5.49years is healthy women.Comparison of the average age of the three groups were no significant difference(P>0.05).1.52cases follicular mal-development infertility’s patients were collected,28cases follicular mal-development infertility’s patients of yang deficiency constitution account for53.8%, and24cases follicular mal-development infertility’s patients of non-yang deficiency constitution account for46.2%.On physical constitution frequency distribution,from largest to smallest in turn were yang deficiency constitution(accounting for25.7%),qi depression constitution(accounting for14.7%),yin deficiency constitution(accounting for13.7%),dampness-heat constitution(accounting for11%), blood stasis constitution(accounting for11%),qi deficiency constitution(accounting for9.2%),normal constitution(accounting for8.3%), phlegm-dampness constitution(accounting for6.4%).2. Three group comparison, the difference of CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+level were statistically significant (P<0.05).the difference of CD3+was not statistically significant (P>0.05).3. Yang deficiency constitution group of CD4+level below normal control group’s,the statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Yang deficiency constitution group of CD8+level was higher than normal control group’s,the statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Yang deficiency constitution group of CD4+/CD8+level below normal control group’s, the statistically significant difference(P<0.05).4. Yang deficiency constitution group of CD4+level below non-yang deficiency constitution group’s, the statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Yang deficiency constitution group of CD8+level was higher than non-yang deficiency constitution group’s,the statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Yang deficiency constitution group of CD4+/CD8+level below non-yang deficiency constitution group’s,the statistically significant difference(P<0.05).5. Non-yang deficiency constitution group of CD4+level quality compared with normal control group’s,the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Non-yang deficiency constitution group of CD8+level quality compared with normal control group’s,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Non-yang deficiency constitution group of CD4+/CD8+level quality compared with normal control group’s,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:1. From the physical distribution rule,yang deficiency constitution is the important constitution of follicular mal-development infertility.2. Cellular immune function is low in the mal-development Infertility’s patients of yang deficiency constitution,with the performance for the CD4+and CD4+/CD8+level reducing,CD8+level increasing.
