Objective:To explore the correlation of effective treatment ,serofast, neurosyphilis and peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets. Methods:Peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets were measured by flow cytometry in 20 cases of effective treatment group, 23 cases of serofast group,16 cases of neurosyphilis group and 20 cases of healthy people. Results:In each group of syphilitics, the percentage of CD4+ cells, NK cells and the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ were significantly lower than those of control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference among three syphilitic groups (P >0.05).Conclusion:It is inferred that the change of T-lymphocyte subsets and the reduction of NK cells are related to serofast and neurosyphilis.
