Indentation Springs Flavored Soup Treatment Curative Effect Observation Of Bladder Hyperactive Disorder

Purpose:To study Suo Quan Jiawei Decoction for overactive bladder clinical curative effect. To study Suo Quan Jiawei decoction group and Tolterodine group before and after treatment clinical comparison.Methods:40cases were diagnosed as OAB patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,20cases in each group. The treatment group:Drinking Suo Quan Jiawei Decoction100ml daily in the morning afternoon evening, treatment for4weeks. the control group:Tolterodine2mg/time, Bid, treatment for4weeks. Evaluation of the clinical effect of2groups:patients before treatment and after treatment of OABSS score, before treatment and after treatment of urinary flow rate test, statistics before and after treatment of urinary flow rate and maximum urinary volume change. Calculation of before treatment and at the end of every24hours the frequency of urination, frequency of urinary urgency, urinary incontinence episodes, each average voiding volume mean and change before and after the treatment, investigation in patients with improvement of subjective symptoms and drug onset time. According to the related data, we analyzed statistically by useing SPSS, with P<0.05for a significant difference, P<0.01for a very significant difference between standard.Results:(1)Suo Quan Jiawei decoction can significantly reduce the frequency of urination every24hours, each voiding urine volume increased significantly, between Tolterodine groups and Suo Quan Jiawei decoction group had no significant difference In the above aspects (P>0.05).(2)Suo Quan Jiawei decoction could obviously reduce the urgency of urination, urinary incontinence episodes, Tolterodine group had significant difference (P<0.05).(3)Suo Quan Jiawei decoction can significantly increase the urinary flow rate and maximum voided volume, Tolterodine had no significant difference (P>0.05).(4)Compared with before treatment, Suo Quan Jiawei decoction can significantly decrease the OABSS score, Tolterodine had no significant difference (P>0.05).(5)Suo Quan Jiawei Decoction in the treatment of OAB has the efficiency of90%...
