Objective:Through the study of related risk factors and TCM syndrome types of AECOPD patients in WangJing area, providing basis for prevention and Chinese medicine treatment of AECOPD, so as to improve the clinical prevention and treatment effect of AECOPD.Methods:By adopting the method of questionnaire design.collecting respiratory outpatient or hospitalized patients with AECOPD in Wangjing hospital,to collect risk factors associated with the acute exacerbation. Analyzing TCM syndromes and related factors with logistic regression analysis. Results:There were statistically significant differences on the Wald test results of six variables-gender, course of the disease, smoking index, often insomnia, the lung phlegm-heat syndrome.the lung phlegm-blood stasis syndrome in the AECOPD related factors. The OR values were0.416,1.033,1.001,2.126,0.726,0.464. According to, men was0.416times higher then women;the patients with long course was appearring the probability of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease was1.033times higher, the patients with larger smoking index was1.001times more.often insomnia made it2.126times higher, the probability of lung phlegm-heat syndrome and the lung phlegm-blood stasis syndrome was0.726times and0.464times higher separately. Conclusion:Men,long disease course patients.patients smoking more and patients with insomnia had higher probabilities.appearing AECOPD. The lung phlegm-heat syndrome and the lung phlegm-blood stasis syndrome were the main TCM syndromes of AECOPD in the region.
