| ObjectiveTo observe the clinical therapeutic effect of the method of softening and resolving hard mass combined with activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis in the patients of stable angina pectoris(SAP)with pattern of stagnation of heart blood, and probably providing the patients with a new treatment method for curing SAP.MethodsSelected patients of SAP with pattern of stagnation of heart blood were randomly divided into the treatment group (30cases) and the control group (30cases).The two groups are comparable and there was no significant difference between them in general situation and observed indicators before therapy(P>0.05). The control group received conventional Western medicine and Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis treatment,the test group was added Chinese medicine for softening and resolving hard mass. All were treated for4weeks and clinical data were compared again.Investigating index included angina pectoris integral and curative efficacy,consumption of nitroglycerin. traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) symptom score and curative efficacy, Electrocardiograph(ECG),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC), high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL).and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL). Data was organized and statistical analysized before and after the treatment.Resultsl.Both treatment group and control group were proved to be significantly effective from the view of angina pectoris integral. The total effective rate of treatment group was96.7%, while the control group was86.7%. Curative effects showed a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).2.Both groups showed significant efficacy in lowing the traditional Chinese medicine symptom score. The total effective rate of treatment group was93.3%, while the control group was80%.The two groups had a statistically significant difference between them(P<0.05).3.Both groups were proved to be significantly effective in reducing dosage of nitroglycerin but curative effect showed no statistically significant difference between(P>0.05).4.Electrocardiograms efficacy:the total effective rate of the treatment group was96.7%and the control group was76.7%.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). 5.Treatment in both groups showed significant effects on TG,TC,LDL and the effects had a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). But effects on HDL showed no statistically significant difference between them.6.There were no statistically significant change in ALT,BUN,CRE and safety indicators.ConclusionThis study preliminarily shows that method of softening and resolving hard mass has the following functions:it can cure SAP with good clinical efficacy; has a significant effect in TCM symptom improvement in SAP patients with pattern of stagnation of heart blood;it can effectively improve lipid metabolism in patients with SAP;during the treatment we found no adverse reaction and the therapeutic method was safe. |
