Inverse Acupuncture Three Vaginal Intercourse Cave Influence To Ovarian Hpo Axis In Rats Of Experimental Research

Objective:Perimenopausal period is an important period of women in the aging process. During this period, the kidney essence is insufficient and the "tiangui" is exhausted. If women can not adapt to the physiological changes in this stage, it will result in a series of psychological and physical symptoms, is called the perimenopausal syndrome. In recent years, due to the pressure of working and life, and the aging of the population, the age of PMS was advanced and the morbidity was rised. Early prevention and early treatment can reduce or prevent the occurrence of PMS, slow down the aging tissues and organs. It has the great significance for the prevention and treatment of PMS.’Preventive acupuncture and moxibustion’ mean to stimulate some points of the body by acupuncture or moxibustion in advance,which can improve the capability of defending diseases, and then make the body have the function of preventing and alleviating the injury by the subsequent disease.’Preventive acupuncture and moxibustion’ has the characteristic of benign strimulating source. It not supply other substances into the body, but through the start protection of itself to improve the body’s resistance to disease. It is has good clinical curative effect to a variety of diseases. Therefore, it has showed broad prospects in the field of preventive medicine.Methods:In this experiment, the observation object was the ovariectomized rat. By observing the regulatory effects of the hormone and its receptorsin the HPO axis and serum through the preventive acupuncture and moxibustion at Sanyinjiao points in ovariectomized rats. The purpose was to explain the regulatory effects of "preventive acupuncture and moxibustion" on HPO axis, clarify the regulatory mechanism of "preventive acupuncture and moxibustion" to PMS, and provide scientific and experimental research evidences for acupuncture and moxibustion therapy to PMS in clinical treatment.Results:1. In comparison with the normal group, E? level in uterus of the model group was significantly lower(P<0.01), the levels of FSH、LH in pituitary and serum increased obviously (P<0.01), and the GnRH level in hypothalamus was significantly lower (P<0.01); Compared with the model group, E2level in uterus of the’preventive acupuncture and moxibustion’group increased in different degree, FSH and LH levels in pituitary and serum reduced, and GnRH level in hypothalamus increased(P<0.01,P<0.05).2. In comparison with the normal group, ER level in uterus and hypothalamus of the model group was significantly lower(P<0.01); Compared with the model group, ER level in uterus and hypothalamus of the ’preventive acupuncture and moxibustion’ group increased in different degree(P<0.01, P<0.05).3. Each index between the "preventive acupuncture" and "preventive moxibustion" groups has certain different, but there is no obvious difference (P>0.05).Conclusions:1. The preventive acupuncture and moxibustion at Sanyinjiao(SP6) points can promote the secretion of estrogen directly or indirectly, increase the low estrogen level, and protective the dysfunction of HPO axis.2. The preventive acupuncture and moxibustion at Sanyinjiao(SP6) points can regulate ER lever, improve the biological effects of estrogen, and protect the estrogen target organs.3. The ability of the "preventive acupuncture" and "preventive moxibustion" regulate the function of the HPO axis is basically the same.
