| Objective:The changes of knee soft tissue of patients with knee osteoarthritis (KOA) who took the needle-knife therapy were observed trough musculoskeletal ultrasound,it can Provide MSUS basis for needle knife therapy of KOA.Methods:This study case from December2011to December2012in Third Affiliated Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine outpatient and the inpatient treatment of KOA patients, according to the Inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria bring into50cases, give a The needle knife release technique. On the day and after treatment two weeks as before and after contrast, through the questionnaire survey way to record the painscore (VAS)〠Lequesne indexã€knee and thigh circumference before and after the treatment; Through the changes that MSUS observation of knee joint cavity effusion quantity and joint synovial thickness, then, we do statistical analysis for the difference of each index before and after, and do correlation statistics analysis for the MSUS indicators and questionnaire to get the VAS score, Lequesne index. Results:the knee pain index and knee joint circumference of patients had significantly improved after the treatment,P<0.01,the amount of joint effusion observed by musculoskeletal ultrasound had improved after treatment with the total effective rate of97.06%. while the synovial membrane thickness had improved after treatment with total effective rate of88.24%.There was a positive correlation, between MSUS indicators and questionnaire to get the VAS score, Lequesne index. Conclusions:KOA patients with knee joint effusion and synovial thickness under the MSUS performance is consistent with the main symptoms, signs, prompt MSUS observation on soft tissue changes before and after needle knife treatment of KOA with high reliability. |
