The data from the2006-2011National Health Statistics Annual Chinese Medicine Hospital case database, China Health Statistics Yearbook, the National Health F inancial Statistics Yearbook.Results:2006to2011, the county-level public hospital of Chinese medicine ho spital service volume increased year by year, the hospital average total number of clinics increased by47.4%, the hospital discharged120.7%growth in the number of; continuously improve the efficiency of hospital services provided, d aily physician responsible for diagnosis and treatmentpassengers increased by17.5%, the physician responsible for inpatient bed days average daily increase of98.2%; Hospital economy expanding, hospital revenues increased173.7%, total hospital expenses increased by128.5%, the the hospital balance of payments balances by-134.5to107.5million yuan of growth; reform, the proportion of t raditional Chinese medicine revenues increased year by year, from23.5%to27.8%, reversing a trend to decrease in the pre-reform,the drug income structure has become more reasonable; reform and a significant increase in government i nvestment, an increase ofThe elastic coefficient is1.20.Compared with the same level of county general hospital, county public C hinese medicine hospital in a small economy, with a total income of only the former2/5; expense growth rate increased;county-level public Chinese medicin e hospital medical income attributable to service revenue increased slightly,decr eased from50.2%to50.0%, the proportion of income from drugs rose from46.8%to48.0%; low proportion of medical personnel, medical personnel accoun ted for the total number of medical personnel only up to41.51%, traditional C hinese medicine professional and technical personnel accounting professionals in pharmaceuticalthe highest proportion of56.54%, far below the required60%o f the standard.Conclusion:County-level public hospital of Chinese medicine in the whole sho w a good development trend, the hospital’s output, efficiency, economic operati on scale and personnel and equipment levels have been greatly improved.Effect previews of the new health care reform of county-level public hospital of Chi nese medicine, Chinese medicine and related policies, such as government finan cial investment significantly increased; significantly increased the proportion of traditional Chinese medicine income characteristics to enhance traditional Chines e medicine:the proportion of health care has become more rational.But some problems in the reform and development, the following issues are costs continu ed to grow; increase in the proportion of income from drugs; staffing is not re asonable, the low proportion of medical personnel has not been fundamentally changed, which restricts the development of county-level public hospital of Chi nese medicineRecommendation:By changing the Medicare Payment promote the use of Chi nese medicine appropriate technology and essential drugs to achieve lower time s the purpose of cost; actively explore and improve county-level public investm ent in Chinese medicine hospital compensation mechanism, optimize the revenu e structure; introduction of Chinese medicine personnel, improve Traditional Ch inese Medicinethe proportion of personnel, training academic leaders, give full play to the characteristics and advantages of Traditional Chinese Medicine; has shown the effect of the policy should be further promoted; strengthen the cou nty-level public hospital of Chinese medicine in the future to monitor the oper ation.
