With the advent of the era of knowledge economy, talent has become the corecompetitiveness of a country and nation. And college as to the main positions of thehigh-quality talent, an important criterion to measure the quality of talents, is theacademic achievement of students in the school. So,the research about factors andmechanism to academic achievement is of great significance.In this study, the academic achievement of college students wereinvestigated.First of all, Employee Performance Evaluation Scale prepared by WangYanfei was revised to assess the academic achievement of university students; ThenEMBU, Psychological Capital Questionnaire and revised scale were used in 746college students. The spss13.0, amos7.0 software were used to analyze the dataobtained. Than explore the relationship between parents ’parenting style,psychological capital and college students’ academic achievement. The main findingsare as follows:1. Wang Yanfei’Employee Performance Evaluation Scale were revised, therevised scale retains 19 questions. There are four dimensions: academic dedication,task performance, interpersonal promotion, and the total performance . The revisedscale has good reliability and validity. The total scale internal consistency reliabilitycoefficient is 0.91, each subscale internal consistency reliability coefficients are0.78-0.87; Using structural equation modeling to test the construct validity of thescale, Indicators meet the psychometric standards well.2. The senior undergraduates’psychology capital are higher remarkblely than thefreshmen’、sophomores’and the juniors’.Girls’psychology capital and academicachievement are higher remarkblely than boys’.3. The college students’psychology capital have significant positive correlationwith academic achievement and predict latter significantly. Parents’warmth andmental health have significant positive correlation with psychology capital、academicachievement and predict latteres significantly. Parents’punishment and rejection havesignificant positive correlation with psychology capital、academic achievement and predict latteres significantly.4. The psychology capital of college students have partly mediation effectsbetween parental warmth and mental health with academic achievement,fullymediation effects between Parents’punishment and rejection and academicachievement.
