Mountain Flower Magazine was first created in 1950, which is now under the charge of Guizhou Literature and Art Association. It has been a national core journal after sixty years’ development, sharing the gorgeous reputation of "Si Xiao Ming Dan" with "People’s Literature’ Shanghai Literature" and "The Writer" in literary world. However, it was not as widely accepted as the other three from academic level, while in academic researching field, it is also somehow numb.The paper is mainly to choose, I am proud of the establishment of the Mountain Flower Magazine, and have paid close attention to its development. Through combining its establishment and development, this essay tries to research the magazine from analyzing the development of local publications in the context of China’s New Literature Period, their existence mode and literary influence rooting in local region. The entry point of this essay is to analyze that the Mountain Flower Magazine was established in Qianling Plateau, providing an exchange platform for Guizhou’s literature, the paper discusses it from two parts.The first part is mainly to expound the development and risement of the Mmountain Flower Magazine of the Chinese literature in the new period thought, including the period of the Guizhou writers and the Mmountain Flower Magazine link, which focuses on the Chinese literature in the 90s Chinese literature transition and it is going into the mainstream of the course and the significance of the Network Four.The second part is to explore and summarize the Mmountain Flower Magazine in Chinese literature of the new period of change in the idea of change, including the discussion though three main idea of the Mmountain Flower Magazine.
