And next, by theory research and empirical research, the author finds that forming the sense of self is an effective way of middle school students to coping with anxiety. And some middle students seek the sense of self by" participating in the risk-taking behaviors. As a result, the author puts forward:middle school students risk-taking behavior is a means to resolve anxiety. And the positive risk-taking behavior is the good method to resolve anxiety, so we can accept; Negative risk-taking behavior is a bad means to resolve anxiety, and needs to be rectified. In this research, I acquire the first-hand material mainly by the participatory observation, questionnaire survey and case interviews and other methods to understand the present situation and the reason why the middle school students participate in the risk-taking behaviors. And then tries to study and explain the deeper reasons that why the middle school students participate in risk-taking behaviors. At last, to promote healthy growth of middle school students for this, we shall give responses to them and guide the middle school students’risk-behavior from the practical level and the ideal level.
