Xunyue Shenjian "zhenguan" Research

This article explores and analyzes the background of Shen Jianchapter content,philosophy and governing strategy designed from the angle of "Peace andProsperity" dimensions,The paper is divided into four chapters described.In the first place,Xun Yue was in a certain condition of political instability of thelate eastern Han Dynasty era,two works Shen Jian and Han Ji passing to futuregeneration have relationship with that times,so interpretation of the times is essential forthe understanding of Xun Yue’s book.This article starting from clarifying thecharacteristics of the times of Shen Jian completed,on the one hand,clarifying thedifferent styles between Shen Jian and another book Han Ji,on the another hand，appreciating the state of mind of Xun Yue accomplishing the Shen Jian and theinhabiting expectations.The late Eastern Han Dynasty,there are the eunuch power andcorruption in the government,and it has been the emergence of this situation,in the earlysecond Century.During AD166-184,eunuch of the Eastern Han Dynasty palacedominated the affairs of state,persecuted harshly their political opponents,eventuallyleading to the two “party Ethos”.From the central to the local government by theeunuchs of persecution,and thus caused a strong protest within the ruling class andresistance.It making the authority of the court in the Eastern Han Dynasty sufferedfurther damage.In the second place,The body of the paper is the second chapter and the thirdchapter,these two chapters discourse mainly the philosophical foundation and designedthe political strategy of Shen Jian’s “peace and prosperity” thinking。The opposite sideof peace and prosperity is in chaos times,in the thinking of how to achieve “Peace andProsperity”,Xun Yue has always been based on Confucianism in the philosophythought,but has not confined to the Confucian in specific strategy and combining someideas of Taoism and Legalism.The second chapter entitled “the philosophical basis ofthe mind of Shen Jian’s peace and Prosperity”.Xun Yue take the peace and Prosperity asthe basic theme.The underlying theme implies his political ideal as the standardscholars of political philosophy,but also attempts a “talk” academic road in the Jean-anlate sinister politicalenvironment,his kind of “Peace and Prosperity” philosophical“talk” is different from the “metaphysics” type “talk” of Wei jin. The topics discussedhas not deviated from the spirit of Confucianism direction,and the tried road of Xun yuealso have not completely slide into the Zhuang zi School.The third chapter is titled “the political strategy of Shen Jian political thought.Xun Yue’s early experiences and different ideas make him keep the keen interest tonational political affairs.When Xun yue as confucian elite representatives in the era ofthe imperial regime collapsed understood the Han Dynasty the second “Boom” can notbe achieved,He remained basic position of Confucianism.Act as a man-made rules andregulations,or the means and Strategies，Xun Yue admitted that the “law” is necessaryfor maintaining public order,but he take “law” as an integral part of the moralperfection of human society.Finally,the forth chapter is the remaining discussion,the image of Xun Yue by thereading Shen Jian is completely different from the image of historians who wrote Hanji,Xun Yue is a real Confucian scholar who suffered from Heart anxious caused by socialunrest changes but still showed full of Confucian social ideal.Along with the Confuciandignitary envisaged the Han-ting Second Renaissance myth ended,Xun Yue died in209A.D.
