In elementary and secondary school, anxiety gradually become impacton mental health of the major factors, and the professional school students the special status andposition, the anxiety of much higher than common high school students. General anxiety refersto the study of anxiety, the human anxiety, lonely, self-abuse, allergic tendencies, body or theorientation and impulse towards together in the overall situation. Counseling groups mainlyapplied to the college student groups, the high school students are less, but none of relevantresearch for professional high school students. Therefore, the study of intervention of thetendency of anxiety professional high school students by the way of group counseling is animportant theoretical and practical value.There have been much method,such as the interview, test and experimention in the study,and group counseling for professional high school Students anxiety intervention study for gravity,and consult the relevant documents results have been exploring solutions to the professional highschool students mental health problems of the new approach. This research by JiaonanVocational Technical Of School students to be tried, the Mental Health Tes（tMHT）the group test.a filter out of a certain anxiety level and the amended motion of the26students to be tried toreason for sense feeling behaviour therapy theoretical foundation of the group counsellingprogrammes to intervene. Inspecting group counseling and preparing plans for the professionalhigh school students of intervention, and for professional high school students mental healtheducation programmes to establish a new mode of teaching.The results are as follows：1、Group counseling has great effect in treating general anxiety of professional high schoolstudents.2、Group counseling programme may systemic apply to the professional high schoolstudents of mental health education activity class.
