Last century, in1970s, mindfulness, a kind of meditation originated from the East Buddhism, has been popularized. Mindfulness is nonjudgmental and a state of awareness attention on the present. Related studies indicated that the mindfulness-based training leaded to significant increase in the level of mindfulness, influence of cognition, emotional regulation and declined anxiety and depression effectively.OBJECTIVE:To explore the effects of team mindfulness training on anticipated anxiety and stressed anxiety under psychological stress.METHODS:Randomized and single-blinded,2(training group, control group)×2(pretest, posttest) design. Measure participants with Five Factor Mindfulness Questionnaires, State-Trait Anxiety Inventory and mental arithmetic task.RESULTS:(1)The level of mindfulness is significantly negatively correlative with state anxiety and stressed anxiety(P=-.475, P=-.319).(2)Compare with control group, training group has significant difference between pretest and posttest in FFMQ, observing, non-judging, non-reactivity and pre-task anxiety (F=38.44, F=31.47, F=15.86, F=12.20, F=15.98; p<0.05). But describing, acting with awareness, STAI, stressed anxiety and HR have no significant differences.CONCLUSION:Mindfulness training can increase the mindfulness level and decrease pre-task anxiety, which has positive effect on people’s mental health.
