Anxiety, as one of the common emotions, hasa great influence on people’s study and work: long time being high anxiety will not only affect workefficiency, but is a major threat to the mental and physical health. We used the intervention and experiment to study the impact of different stress management strategies(mindfulness, sitting in forgetfulness, meditating) on anxiety, stress management policy and use of EEG technology to explore the brain differences. First subjects filtered with the state-trait anxiety inventory were randomly divided into Mindfulnessgroup, Meditation group, sitting in forgetfulness group, and the control group.their implementation for a period of 4 weeks, 3 times a week intervention, intervention after the state-trait anxiety inventory for the surveying again to study the effects of different stress management strategies on anxiety and its effects. Finally, this study used EEG technology compare individuals’ brainwaves differences in Mindfulness, sitting in forgetfulness, meditation. Through research, reached the following conclusions:(1) Mindfulness, sitting in forgetfulness meditation of three subjects in the experimental group post-test of the State anxiety levels and trait-anxiety levels were significantly lower than the previous; the control group subjects were significantly higher than pretest to post-test anxiety, trait anxiety, and no significant differences. This suggests that mindfulness, sitting in forgetfulness meditation three stress management strategies of intervention is effective, all three reduce the individual’s state and trait anxiety.(2) Both state trait anxiety, meditation and mindfulness, sitting in forgetfulness the intervention(pre-test and post-test anxiety level difference of the level), there was no statistically significant difference, in other words, mindfulness, sitting in forgetfulness meditation on the effects of anxiety is the same.(3) Compared to individuals with high anxiety, the normal anxiety of individuals in the frontal lobe, parietal lobe, arouse the higher power of alpha waves in the central region, in the frontal and parietal lobe evoke higher power of Theta waves. This shows that normal levels anxiety subjects’ management strategies of the individual exercises in the process of showing a more relaxed state, while the electroencephalogram shows brain synchronization level.(4) Subjects in the group ofsitting in forgetfulness activate the higher alpha and theta waves in the frontal lobes, mindfulness and activates the higher frontal theta. This suggests that sitting and Mindfulness by activating frontal lobe activity, improve the function of individual attention, inhibition dominant response in order to relieve anxiety, reduced trait anxiety levels. Meditation with sitting in forgetfulness Mindfulness, and differences in indicator of brain waves, shown that meditation can help individuals relax, but this is a more superficial, instantaneous relaxation.(5) Subjects activate high Theta activity in the parietal lobes through mindfulness practice, indicating the level of attention was try to improve, and that may be demanded by the righteous "be on the current awareness, and not critically accepted."(6) Compared with mindfulness, sitting in forgetfulness provokes high Theta wave activity, high alpha wave activity is activated at the same time, showing that the prefrontal and parietal synchronization enhancements, this means subjects sitting in the process to a more relaxed feeling, this feeling of relax is not the same with the relaxation of daily life, this is a more deeper level of relaxation.
