Mother Sensitivity, Independent Goal-directed Behavior And Baby Exploratory Behavior Relationship

Exploratory behavior is the important way for infant to obtain information from external environment. Sensitivity and maternal autonomy oriented parenting behavior are important for exploratory behavior. The present study evaluated 68 maternal sensitivity and maternal autonomy oriented parenting behavior, and 68 infant exploratory behavior using the observation method. The video was coded With MBQ、infant exploratory behavior coding scheme and maternal autonomy oriented parenting behavior coding scheme.The data was deal with by using MANOVA.The results indicated that:1、There was no significant gender difference of other exploratory behavior for 14months baby exclude of the frequency of communication.2、There was significant interaction between sensitivity and maternal autonomy oriented parenting behavior about infant exploratory behavior.When a mother "Focus on child", there was no effect on infant exploratory behavior from maternal autonomy oriented parenting behavior; When mother "Focus on herself", maternal autonomy oriented parenting behavior would improve infant exploratory behavior from;...
