As the popularity and development of TV and New Media, the Public ServiceAdvertisements have deep into all aspects of people’s lives. The influence of PublicService Advertisements to people’s lives is more and more obvious, especially PublicService Advertisement Language, it has gradually become a unique language form with"small and delicate, purpose is prominent, the strong expressiveness" features. Thispaper through the to public welfare advertisement of the emergence and development ofexposition and to public welfare advertisement language change and social developmentand changes that study of the relationship between language and social welfareadvertisement, the relationship between language and reveals welfare advertisementperformance of social linguistics characteristic; the paper to public welfareadvertisement language of content and form two aspects of research, and revealswelfare advertisement in the content of the evolution of the language situation andexpressed in the form of the main character.
