Ce, Nima's Literary Views

The present thesis takes the criticism works of Mongolian outstanding literary critic Dash Nima as the research object and strives to summarize the Dash Nima’s literary theory point of view. The thesis consists of three parts———introduction, main body and conclusion. The introduction part elaborates on the life and works of the Dash Nima, the significance and purpose of research topic and previous studies on the topics. The main body falls into three chapters according to Dash Nima’s literary theory point of view and his contribution to the Mongolian literary critic. Chapter one discusses Dash Nima’s literature nature and social role of his literary works and his understanding of class nature, the people and Party views, according to his point of view that old ballads are required to have a class character and revolutionary literature should serve the people. Chapter three falls into three sections which discuss the development of Dash Nima’s literary point of view, namely the use of folk literature, learning the world’s classic literature and writing poetry with high quality. Dash Nima spoke highly of the folk literature and pointed out the importance of learning and researching the folk literature. He also believes that the world’s classic literature is necessity for young literary creators and translation plays an important role in the process. This chapter also analyzes the poetry theory from the overview of poetry and poetic language. Chapter three summarizes the Dash Nima’s contribution to literary critic and limitations of his literary theory point of view. Conclusion part concludes the whole content of the thesis.
