The core proposition of Schiller’s aesthetic ideas:beauty is a form or a symbol of freedom. Schiller believes that humanity’s ultimate purpose is the aesthetic education of man rather than a moral man. Only one who has a talent for beauty is a free man. The purpose of Schiller’s aesthetics thought, is not simply limited to complain modern civilization on the dismemberment of full humanity and to prescribe for the alienation of society and humanity, but attempts to provide a comfort and an ideal home for modern people."Free people", as an aesthetic utopia, guides and lights the future progressive road of human. In this regard, the public prosecution of Schiller’s research is:all Schiller’s plays and poetry are to appeal for the freedom of man unexceptionally. The paper is divided into the following five parts:Introduction:Letters on the aesthetic education of man, as the first declaration of aesthetic education, occupies a special place in the Germany classical aesthetic and has an important guiding significance on the intellectual and educational history of all mankind, in the mean time, influencing the study of aesthetic of the later scholars.ChapterⅠ:the origin of "freedom" in Schiller’s aesthetic thought. It refers to Schiller’s life, the formation of aesthetic education and Schiller’s "freedom" concept.Chapter II:Schiller’s aesthetic theory of freedom and the way of realization. He chooses freedom and beauty, freedom and forms, freedom and humanity, freedom and the State, freedom and natural persons, freedom and the game, the six points to start and articulate his view of freedom in every aspect.Chapter Ⅲ:the free view and its modern significance of Schiller’s aesthetic. Schiller’s aesthetic freedom and modern pluralistic society. Schiller’s aesthetic freedom and Modern sound humanity.Finally:in the conclusion section, throughout the book, the entire book runs through a hidden system of survival and full development of the human, which is human nature integrity issue. Through the full text of the explanation, Schiller’s aesthetic education is realistic, and has a very deep historical significance. Schiller’s contribution not only belongs to the past, but also belongs to the future. Schiller’s achievements have not only inherited the past but also ushered the future. A strong spirit of humane care is embodied in Schiller’s theory of freedom, which is an incomparable wealth for mankind.
