“Comfort women†survivors are a group who were forced to providesexual services for the Japanese soldiers during the period ofAnti-Japanese War. They fell to be sex slaves, then survived ever. For thishistorical groups, researchers now focus mostly on the investigation oftheir victimization, with the survivors’ experience to expose Japanesearmy’s “comfort women†system and the sexual violence crime duringWorld War II. However, the researchers pay a little attention on the"comfort women" survivors’ living condition. This paper take the livingconditions and suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) ofseven “comfort women†survivors as the research content, who comefrom the Chengmai and Lingao county of Hainan province. And thepaper focus on the personal’s fate at the end of "comfort women"caree, and nearly twenty years of living conditions of this group ofwomen who experienced special history events。In addition, this paperalso concern the national government and social’s care for survivors.In the field investigation about seven Hainan "comfort women"survivors, we focus on their main order of life’s situation and generalview, which are the war of resistance against Japan, in the early daysand now old stage way of life. The survey shows that he Japanese"comfort women" experience, the traditional concept of chastity andgender norms produced large effect on the survivors, which causes themajority of the survivors lost the pursuit of marriage and family happiness.Especially for the " comfort women" survivors, at their old age,“sick,lonely and oldâ€is the most people’s portrait. But undeniable is,they are a group of strong women, suffered pain in the patient and livestrong. In addition, on the basis of psychiatry of post-traumatic stressdisorder (PTSD) theory, all of them have obvious symptoms of PTSD. Theinvisible influence and sustained damage,caused by the Japanese army’s “comfort women†system, set people thinkable.Nowadays, although the "comfort women" survivors of this group isthe he victims of the war recognited by the national governmen,as wellas the social public opinion generally think that they are a vulnerablegroup needed to help, but the country still lacks a clear policy forsurvivors, and even the public conception of history progress, prejudiceand discrimination still exist. Through the discussion about the "comfortwomen" survivors’ living condition, hoping that more peopleunderstand the truth of Japanese army "comfort women" system. It ismeaningful by the research of Japanese army "comfort women" systemon the impact of survivors, from the perspective that the injuries oncivilians caused by the war.
