Yushu In Qinghai Region Characteristic Culture Industry Development Research

Qinghai Yushu area characteristic culture is established in the Tibetan area which is on the basis of special social life of Tibetan area, as the main body of farmers and herdsmen, reflecting farmer and herdsmen’s culture quality, values, ways of communication, lifestyle and other deep psychological structure.This thesis is based on the combing summary foundation of Qinghai province Yushu area characteristic culture, unifies our country current cultural development present situation, from the Yushu area culture industry development present situation, existence problems and the reasons analysis, domestic and international cultural industry development experience and inspiration, by a survey and research from four aspects of accelerating Yushu area characteristic culture and culture industry development basic ideas and policy recommendations, the author puts forward his own analysis opinions.This paper argues that lags of the ideological understanding and development concept, the slow development of cultural undertakings, the weak strength of the cultural industry, the lacks of vitality of the cultural and institutional system and the serious shortage of cultural talents are the important reasons impeding Qinghai Yushu area characteristic culture and culture industry development. On the basis of study and learn from the experience of domestic and international culture industry development, combined with various conditions of Qinghai Yushu area characteristic culture and culture industry development, this paper presents countermeasures and suggestions of the innovative concept of cultural development, and carefully build the Yushu area characteristic and culture of the brand, promore the cultural heritage protection, development and utilization of the system construction, build cultural transmission platform, vigorously develop human resources. Finally, this paper emphasizes the promotion of Qinghai province Yushu area characteristic culture and cultural industry development should perfect the system of public cultural services, improve the supply of public cultural capacity and level of service, innovation gives aid to policy, perfect characteristic culture and culture industry development system and mechanism as well as the mining characteristics of culture resource, carefully build characteristic cultural brand, by deepening culture system reform and playing a dominant role of the government, work very hard from these four aspects.
