In the social development and operation, religion as either theory or organizations are all aspects of human life played a profound impact. In philosophy, religion constructs the human understanding of the world’s total theory; at the psychological level, religion can soothe the soul and normative ethics; at the organizational level, also the religion of the relation between person and person to exert a powerful influence. Although, in some cases, religion does not always play a positive role, but its irreplaceable position is beyond doubt.In the history of China, the Confucianism as the theme of the various religions has been accompanied by the development of civilization, never interrupt. After the reform and opening policy, the religion flourished, the potential to rapidly spread. In the new situation, the development of religion also has many new features, such as the secularization of religion, religious cross region dissemination, new religious organization and religious change under the background of cultural fusion, and so on. In the Chinese special social background, these new developments and new characteristic:on one hand is a reflection of the community, on the other hand also influence character by environment’s impact on society.In the religious cross region dissemination, Tibetan Buddhism has a very typical characteristics. Tibetan Buddhist was Spread in the minority of the west of China and Inner Mongolia area, however in recent twenty years in China, its widely spread, even at a distance of Tibetan Buddhist Center the farthest Northeast China also has a huge number of believers. This is a study on beliefs motivation, organization mode and the interaction between the believers.In the structure, use of the " individual, group and society" this structure respectively corresponding to beliefs motivation,religious organization mode and the interaction. in study of beliefs motivational aspects, combined with the background of the times, regional culture, the doctrine of" person" as the believers were analyzed; in the organization model, based on the observation of the religious organizations and religious activities, then descripte the Tibetan Buddhist organization of H city. in the aspect of interaction, using social network theory.In this paper, in the course of the study, using the participant observation, the unstructured interview and the document study.
