The thesis explores new forms of inserted advertisements in TVdramas. The thesis consists of six chapters and analyzes custom-madeTV dramas, self-produced TV dramas and micro movies which representa development direction of inserted advertisement in TV dramas.Although inserting advertisements in TV dramas has been for along time, the thesis explores the new patterns of insertedadvertisements from a new perspective. Self-produced TV dramas is also a newinserted advertisement which have tremendous targeted audiencesand unique modes of transmission. Hunan satellite TV "ugly invincible" isa good example to show that advertisements can be associated withstories well.
