This thesis want to introduce new aesthetic system "Calonologia".This is the system of Aesthetics founded by Tomonobu Imamichi. who isthe famous aesthetician and philosopher in the modern Japan.Tomonobu Imamichi want to use Calonologia replace system ofAesthetics founded by Baumgarten in18th century. TomonobuImamichi thinks that many things which have the same form anddifferent function by high-technique in the modern society, thus theForm, which is used as the basis of knowledge has lost the power ofmonopoly. For this reason, Tomonobu Imamichi thinks that beauty canbe no longer known as image form, or in other word sense knowledge.That is to say Aesthetics is no longer knowledge about sensibility, andthere is the necessity to review beauty and to rename Aesthetics.Because of this reason Tomonobu Imamichi founds Calonologia. Thesecond chapter basically introduces this system phenomenology ofaesthetic activities described method used in the process. TomonobuImamichi founds Calonologia that in method by using thephenomenological method is the west and the east traditionalaesthetics, the "sitting to forget" fusion later investigation "beauty".Within the system of Calonologia,beauty is not simple and perceptualcorresponding relation, but belong to consciousness or beyondconsciousness exists. Tomonobu Imamichi believes that modern societyis a technical social relevance, due to its essence just note effect andthe results instead of the process and timeliness. Which leads to theconsciousness of timeliness is its " nothingness ", the results of what is the"alienation". He thinks only of beauty of experience produces in theprocess of "beauty consciousness" to maintain the consciousness of thepeople of the timeliness and made modern people achieve their stateof freedom. The purpose of this thesis is to try to put his these thoughts as far as possible to clarify clear.
