Cooperative learning is an instructional strategy that uses smallgroups of students working together and helping one another onspecific learning tasks with an emphasis on group members supportingone another. In such a teaching mode, it is easy to cultivate thestudents spirit of cooperation, communication ability, the spirit ofinnovation, competition consciousness, equal consciousness, bearingcapacity. It is also easy to motivate students initiative learning. Atpresent, many countries in the world have generally adopted this kindof creative and effective teaching mode. In China, since the newcurriculum reform, cooperative learning is widely used in classroomteaching, changing students ways of learning and is undertaking muchexploration from different aspects, which has achieved great teachingresults. But in teaching practice, there still exist some problems, such astoo much focus on the form of cooperative learning, lack of students’initiative participation, students’ personal independence of thought,and teachers guidance and monitoring.To a certain extent, the lack of a concrete operationalbreakthrough results in the ineffectiveness of cooperative learning, andaffects the implementation of the new curriculum reform. Therefore, theauthor has observed the practice of cooperative learning in her ownteaching procedure, and made a thorough analysis of the low effect ofcooperative learning. Meanwhile, learning from the successful practiceof Yangsi Middle School and Dulangkou Middle School, in this essay, theauthor put forward a practical way of cooperative learning in theteaching procedure, that is using the prevision work sheet to promoteeffective cooperative learning in class.This essay is based on the domestic and foreign theories ofcooperative learning, combined with the local classroom teaching cases. In this essay, the author applied literature research method,interview method, observation method, questionnaire, action researchto support her viewpoint. The essay is divided into four parts: supportingbackground, preparation of the research, implementation strategiesand key points of evaluation.
