Language is the carrier of the law. The rule of law, legal principles and legal concepts always reflect the purposes and the thought of the lawmaker The form of purposes and thoughts has to draw support from language tool, so the expressing of law is certainly attained with the language material shell, which decides the necessarily connection between the law and the language."Criminal law", as a security law of a country guarantees the other branches into enforced. The basic principle’the guilty and punishment decided by law’requires that only the law charges only known as a crime, only the law provides for punishment to be punished, or not sanctions. So the conformation of Criminal law charges becomes extremely strict, and terms are required to be more precise than other branches law, are considered vaster.This dissertation attempts to analysis criminal law in structure, modifiers、characters, words and concludes some common rulers in criminal law’s text. At the same time, based on the contradiction between the abstraction、generality in language and infinite phenomenon behaviors from the social reality,the terms of criminal law have many fuzzy words, and the fuzzy statements of terms have some commonness which is involved in this thesis.This article is divided into six parts. The first part is the preface, focusing on the rise and development of Forensic Language.The second part introduces the semantic analysis of language in criminal law. The third part researches the structure, characters,charges, modifiers of the criminal law, The fourth part analysis the subjectivity of the charges in criminal law; The fifth part is to discuss the meaning of the words、expressions by the changing of the charges.The six part is the briefly reviews of the fuzzy expression in the criminal law This study discovers many language phenomenons in terms of the Criminal law charges, and these phenomenon have yet to be further researched and explored.
