By exploring O’Keeffe’s paintings with different subjectmatters, composition, color and questioning whether some special implicationscan be drawn out from certain works of hers, the emotional messages conveyedwithin her works will be analyzed afterwards. By examining the process ofturning the unknown to the known and the process of personalizing the nature,the combination of O’Keeffe’s personal feelings and the world has been wellreflected in her paintings.
