Theory Of Chinese Folk Fine Arts Modelling Element In The Application Of Children's Picture Books

Folk art, with the features of primariness and universality, is the maternal and popular cultureof China. And as the most traditional and pure carrier of Chinese national culture, folk art isconsidered as the condensed history memory, plain national faith and emotion of Chinese aswell as shares the same blood with Chinese culture. This article intends to dig out thedifferences and similarities between the modeling of folk arts and picture books in thefollowing four aspects, namely, the comparison of thinking way, performance characteristics,combination way and color collocation pattern of folk arts and picture books, thus to offersome suggestions for the better mergence of folk arts language and picture books as well assupply abundant art forms for the creation of picture books. It is a major problem that has tobe solved in the creation of picture books.
