The representative novels recording people in Wei-Jin dynasty is Shi Shuo Xin Yu, which is also the topping work within Humor literature in Wei-Jin. People in Wei-Jin generally have a sense of humor. Zheng Kai, as the researching expert in Humor literature said that:"Shi Shuo Xin Yu is surely a collection of people’humor in Wei-Jin." This book is mainly collected Wei-Jin celebrity’s anecdotes, Shows their life outlooks and idealistic sentiments in various perspectives, which includes the person, with its witty languages, weird behaviors and antic thoughts, bring so many humorous factors into the book, that’s because why this book is Characterized by comic, give us comfortable and delighted feeling. It is that up to emperor, down to the common people in, are more or less showing their humor words and deeds intentionally or unintentionally, even including women and children. We can say that, humor is the outstanding feature of Shi Shuo Xin Yu, is this book’s eternal charming. This article from three different aspects, re-reading Shi Shuo Xin Yu in the perspective of humor, not only to re-interoperating the phenomenon and problems in the view of humor, but also to re-discussing the characters of Wei-Jin from a new view.The paper includes introduction and text, the text points discussed in chapter4.Introduction introduces the concept of humor in this paper, and briefly presents the differences between Chinese and western view of humor, sum up the current research status of humor literature.The first chapter is "humor and humor literature". This chapter explains the concept of "humor" and "humor literature". As a term,"Humor" in China, since it first appeared in Qu Yuan’s works to give the meaning of now humorous, experienced a long historical period. Aim at this word, many authors at home and abroad to give all kinds of the definitions and different views. Comprehensively according their points, the author give "humor" a simple definition, and introduces the concept of "humor literature".The second chapter is discussing the forms of humor about shi shuo xin yu and expatiate its characteristics. The feature of this book seems diversification, especially performance in its overall style and narrative. It absorbs the feature of many books just as Xiao Lin, Yu lin, collections the materials of novels recording people before, so that formed its own humorous style. The concrete of narrative mainly has three ways about contrastive narrative. In addition, the humor of Shi Shuo Xin Yu is also present features of universality and elegance.The third chapter is re-reading the humor of characters in Wei-Jin. These chapter aims at the fresh air to re-decode Shi Shuo Xin Yu, via the perspective of humor. Specifically, it reflects women’s self awareness enhancement and the ideas of liberation via women’s humor; reflecting the social ethos and people’ comic teasing from quoting Shi Jing, and re-discussing The Wei-Jin demeanor from the celebrity’s humor.The fourth chapter is discussing the aesthetic connotations of humor. There are many unique aesthetic connotations in Wei-Jin celebrity’s humor. First of all, at the time of specific historical environment, high comedy spirit just as the weapons for them to against the darkness reality, won the spiritual being; second, humor is a kind of art for living, not only art up their life, but also make their life seemed elegant and transcendental. Again, the life style in Wei-Jin formed a kind of aesthetic paradigm, reflecting a "natural living aesthetics" for Wei-Jin celebrity. Finally, with strong feelings hidden behind, Wei-Jin celebrity seemed much funny and unruly.
