Peer-Victimization the experience of attacking by body, speech, property, and interpersonal aspects. The companions of elementary school children for a long time has not been paid enough attention by the academic field,and there is no research to investigate the relationship of the source of peer abuse, mental control,and the self-concept. In this study, we investagate613primary school children from third grad to sixth grade,and the "Multidimensional Peer-Victimization Scale","Multidimentional Measure of Children’s Perceptions of Control","Perceived Competence Scale for Children", we use SPSS to analysis statistical data, Amos to establish structural equation model, making a detailed discussion of the companions infringement of primary school children, locus of control, self-concept characterized by its intrinsic relationship between the three, providing guidance for the current primary school education and teaching practice. The results are as follows:1"Multidimensional Peer-Victimization Scale" has good reliability and validity, as opposed to the single-factor model, two-factor model has a better reliability and validity,"Multidimensional Peer-Victimization Scale" is suitable for assessment of the Primary Children’s companion under China’s cultural background;2On the whole, over90%of children have had the experience of physical aggression,in which more than8percent of children reported frequently subjected to physical aggression;more than87%of children have had the experience of the aggression of relationship which there are more than two%of children reported frequent victims of aggression of relationship. The companions of elementary school children get a higher and more serious frequency of occurrence;3Primary school children’s physical aggression have significant differences in gender, grade and whether it served as student leaders, the aggression of relationship have no no significant differences in gender, grade, whether the one-child, whether as student leaders;4Students with and without the only child have significant difference in the internal control.There is significant difference in forces others between the different grades, whether served as student leaders difference marginally significant,:There is no significant difference unknown side control as student leaders as student leaders students difference between the edge of a significant other;5Primary school children’s physical self, academic self gender were significantly different. Academic self is significantly different in grade, physical self, academic self, social self, the general self and self-concept score difference between serving as student leaders not as student leaders get very significant difference. Other difference was not significant;6"Multidimensional Peer-Victimization Scale","Multidimentional Measure of Children’s Perceptions of Control","Perceived Competence Scale for Children" have respective internal relationship dimension. Physical aggression, relationship aggression have a negative relation between abuse and physical self, academic self, social self, the general self. Physical self has a negative relationship between internal control;positive relationship between force others to control;academic self has a negative relationship with internal control, positive relationship with forces others to control, positive relationship with unknown parties;Social self has significantly related to internal control,;The general self has significantly related to internal control;7Peer abuse and locus of control can predict the physical self, academic self, social self, the general self and overall self-concept;8Social internal control and body control play part of intermediary role between peer abuse and self-concept.
