Theory Of Personality Development Of The Social Development In Contemporary China

Personality theory is one of the main content of the marxism human thought.Promoting man’s personality freedom and comprehensive development，is not only therequirement of era development，is the human eternal value pursuit，and the freedom ofpersonality modernization is contemporary personality of the stages realistic goals toachieve. Practical significance to promote the development of one’s personality is tocultivate innovative talents，to promote social progress，finally realizes the person’spersonality freedom and comprehensive development. Modern Chinese is facing thedevelopment of knowledge economy and globalization of historical opportunity，the butagain show the weak side of personality development.This article mainly discusses from three parts:(1) the meanings and contents of personality development，first of all，discusses thephilosophy connotation of personality，from Chinese traditional theory of human naturein the person’s personality，school of human-basis doctrine into the understanding ofone’s personality and human individuality three contents of marxist philosophydiscusses the philosophy connotation of personality development.
