The whole history of western philosophy can be treated as a philosophicalhistory mainly focusing on human beings. The rational human study, represented byDescartes, plays a leading role among all different other studies on human. Rationalhuman study claims to study human by using the traditional objective and subjectiveepistemology, striving to transform diversity into uniformity. Just in this way, itsuccessfully takes the object of human study----Human out of the specific space andtime, making it a concept of eternity. However, this doctrine, although it is beneficialto human beings, results in the consequence that it strains the relationship betweenhuman and human, and between human and nature in the real world. In this background, Heidegger challenges the metaphysical system in human study. He solved theone and many problem in human study almost perfectly, and came up with a newthought called identity and difference. His advocacy on calling humanity back inrealistic society is also thought-provoking. His thought on human study can beclassified as a post-metaphysical thought, which is significant to philosophy at thattime, especially when it is such a hard period. The ultimate philosophical issue is the discussion of “being”. Heideggermaintains that philosophy seemed to have already abandoned the meaning of “being”.As a result, Heidegger starts to pursue the meaning of “being”. From the perspectiveof Heidegger, things which are explored are “being”, but “being “is nothing but astatus of being of those which have been existed. So, those which are queried will bethe things which have been existed, or as we call them----“the beings”. The behaviorof querying being, is made by another subject which could understand being further. This subject is Dasein, that is human being. Human can be treated as a bridge leadingus to the “being”. First Heidegger gives a preliminary description on human being, including the ontology structure of Dasein, as well as the superiority it brings to uscompared with the previous human study.Heidegger explains the basic structure of Dasein, at the same time, he alsoanalyzes the whole structure of it----the “Sorge”. In his opinion, the basic structure of Dasein is “being living”, and the basic status of “being living” is “Sorge”.Heidegger’s analysis on the traditional theory of the connection between human andworld reveals the contradiction existing in it. He also tries to overcome the problemby building a harmonious connection between human and world as well as human andhuman. For Heidegger, human is no longer the observer standing out of the real world, instead, he thinks human should be the participator. At the same time, compared withthe toolization of time in other traditional theory, Heidegger classifies the time issueinto his human study and he believes time and human is closely connected. Timeplays an important role in the whole system of human study. From his perspective, time should be a way for human to exist. Real time could prevent human study frombeing ready-made, and it will provoke the human nature in a falling status in themodern society. In this structure, the realistic and possibility of Dasein, shown by“Sorge” are united. In this way, Heidegger claims to pursue the returning of humannature. We can find that the questioning of the problems and answers, is to build thisproblem. This is the most important part of "Being and Time". Heidegger’s opinion onhuman study is a continuing with the past and an open to the future. His criticism ontraditional subject and object dichotomy, his solution for one-many issue, and histhought on rebuilding time structure, all of these are worth thinking. At the same time,Heidegger’s thought is also significant for the modern society.
