On Deng Xiaoping’s Thought Of The Balances For Construction

In the subject of "peace and development", no doubt the world will head toward the peace. So "development" becomes the orientation of the localities’and states’strategic deployment. Therefore, the excavation and interpretation of Deng Xiaoping’s "balanced construction" thinking will provide theoretical guide and ideological identity for implementing thoroughly the scientific concept of development .This article discusses the historical background and theoretical background of the Deng Xiaoping’s "balanced construction" thought, analyzes the meanings and characteristics of its ideas, interprets the Deng Xiaoping’s balanced thinking on the field of the economic building, political building, culture building and social building. In the field of economic construction , he interprets the essential properties of the planning and the market , sets the right thinking,progressively implement the market-economic system of "Market-based, Program-assisted", and makes the coordinated principles of "speed and Benefits" in development ,and the ultimate goal of common prosperity; In the field of political construction , he emphasis on building democracy, promotes "one country, two systems "and“the ethnic regional autonomy”, promotes the authority to be used and distributed appropriately within the party , and makes the democracy-building into laws and institutions; In the field of cultural construction, he emphasizes that two civilizations should be coordinated.
