The Research Of Recoverable Pure Economic Loss As An Independent Damage

The denial of recovery for pure economic loss (PEL) makes PEL fellinto the class of one depentent type of damage. While the affirmation ofrecovery for PEL indicates the existence of recoverable pure economic loss(R-PEL), the exception principle can not support R-PEL as an independentdamage in civil law.
