It is of momentoussignificance to establish and perfect the legal aid system for guaranteeingcitizens rights, accomplishing judicial justice and upholding socialstabilization. The civil legal aid take overwhelming majority of the wholelegal aid cases, so it is absolutely necessary for us to establish a perfect andsuitable system of civil Legal Aid during the course of founding a standardby Law. The present situation of existed problem in shanghai legal aid systemare discussed in the paper, and indicated that we should perfect laws of civillegal aid cases，and then gives some advice on the standard of civil legal aidcases. |
