In recent years, the integrity of civil servants has caused widespread concern in the society. The credibility of civil servants is an essential requirement for Service-oriented government building, is the key to bring up integrity work style and Harmonious society-building, is an important premise for the market to establish integrity principles, and is the basic conditions for the Country to participate in international competition. Governments at all levels have made actively explore to strengthen the integrity-building of civil servants and proposed a number of integrity management system such as Integrity education, personal integrity system, integrity file-building, as well as integrity assessment, and integrity rewards and punishments.This paper has Summed up the experience of civil service integrity building, pointed out several urgent problems that integrity-building faced on the basis of current situation: the missing of regulatory agencies in integrity-building, the lack of Information collection systems, the short of assessment system and reward and punishment system. The three issues involved the problems of that who manages, manage of what, and how to mange. They are interlinked and inseparable. Those also need to be solved urgently. This thesis gives specific recommendations according to the three issues: making regulatory agencies in integrity-building perfect, building the information collection systems, improve the management of files on civil service integrity and setting up integrity assessment system, reward and punishment system.
