With the development of Internet and digital technology, the copyright works cancommunicate to the public fast and conveniently. Meanwhile, the phenomenon ofabusing the copyright happens frequently. Under this circumstance, the technicalprotection measures emerge as the times require. It not only can help copyright personscontrol and protect their works as a way of private relief, but also can result in abusingby the copyright person, even cause huge damage to the public sphere, the publicinterest and public order.
