Overcoming the existing disadvantages in the western countries, andabsorbing the essence of Chinese traditional culture, it became the core of hisconstitutionalism thought. The separation of rights and duties was Dr. Sun Yat-sen’sconclusion of the relationship between the country and the citizens, including people’spower to manage the government and government’s own management power. This ensured the realization of civil rights of the people. During the three period ofdevelopment of military rule, political tutelage and constitutional government, thetheories of revolutionary processes ensured the victory of democratic revolution at last. The third chapter, combining related historical materials and applying the Marxistmethod of dialectical materialism, expounded the significances of analyzing hisconstitutional thought in China’s social development. In his whole life, Dr. Sun Yat-sen pursued revolution and democracy, and hisslogan was “to build China into a modern country”.
