Sun Yat-sen is a great statesman and revolutionist,and he life-long struggled for the establishment of a democratic republic.At the end of the period,the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China,it was the important period of the development and practice of constitutionalism in modern China,Kang Youwei,Liang Qichao and Sun Yat-sen,as the leaders of the advanced intellectuals at that time,made their own choices on the road to constitutionalism.During the revolution Sun Yat-sen put forward his own constitutional thoughts and revolutionary proposition,and he advocated the establishment of a democratic republic.The Three People's Principles as the revolutionary doctrine,according to the Three People's Principles he established a five-power constitution and thus set up the country.The revolution is divided into three periods,that is,military,political and constitutional period.Sun Yat-sen chose the revolutionary mode and revolutionaryism in the transformation from the ancient Eastern monarchy to the modern republican state.Sun Yat-sen's constitutional thoughts influenced many people,and it is necessary for us to research his thought.This paper mainly uses the historical contextualism and the method of citation and annotation.I read the books of Sun Yat-sen himself and his researchers extensively on this basis.On this basis,he makes an objective analysis of his constitutional thought and excavates the guiding significance of China's current constitutional construction.Sun Yat-sen's constitutional thought is much and rich,and it is easy to say that the foundation of all his thoughts has great influence on the formulation and practice of his constitutional thought.Therefore,in this paper,I will first introduce the theoretical basis of Sun Yat-sen's thought and understand the root of his thought.Secondly,I will explain his constitutional thoughts separately,and combine it with the hard-to-understand and easy-to-practice to analyze his thoughts,and analyzes the logical connection between them.Finally,on the basis of these studies,it concludes and I will put forward the guiding significance to the construction of China's constitutional construction.Although Sun Yat-sen's constitutional thought is not perfect,there is a big problem,but this does not prevent him to become a great thinker and revolutionaries,his sovereignty in people's thinking is still useful for our country's promoting.
