ERP is a technoloqy which use the related change of human brain events to have a psychological test and it still at the experimental research staqe.This paper attempts to summarize these two kinds of polygraph technology and reveals their similarities and differences in their criminal judicial practice, and also have some related discussion for the several criminal justice. |
