The different jurisdictional rules used for the network crime aredepended on concrete conditions. The crimes, whose crime object is thenetwork that criminals want to invade illegally or destroy, may be supervisedin the place where the server of the computer information system locates. Thetraditional crimes, taking network as the tool, whose social harmfulness,criminal behavior and means have little change, may be supervised accordingto the original theory of criminal jurisdiction. The traditional crimes, takingnetwork as the tool, whose social harmfulness and criminal behavior havesignificant change, may be supervised in the place in which criminalconsequences are of the most serious; the crimes without specific target,destroying computer information system, may be supervised in the place inwhich criminal consequences are of the most serious. But, the two specialcases, including transnational network crimes and libel cases in the networkaiming at the working staff of state organs, should be supervised specially.They can not be supervised in the place in which criminal consequences areof the most serious.
