Study Of The Copyright Ideas’ Development In The Context Of Digital Communication

Copyright has the history of thousands of years, people’s copyrightideas are also to be strengthened constantly with the development of thetimes. The rise of the Internet led to the situation that traditional singlecopyright cannot meet the needs of rapid spread of knowledge. In orderto adapt to the need of the time, people’s copyright ideas has changes,there have been a new type of copyright license represented by theGNU Free Documentation License and Creative Commons (referred toas CC) as well.This article sums up the thousand years’copyright and copyrightideas based on China; focuses on the GNU Free Documentation Licenseagreement and Creative Commons and does research on the changesof way of the copyright licenses in the context of digital communication,analyses the new copyright ideas and the factors affecting copyrightideas as well.
