While theeducational circles have not given a systematic and integral review, therefore it has academicinnovation significance to research the recent thirty years Hero-model culture.The generation of the Hero-model culture is not without foundation, but has some historicand realistic reasons. Our culture of hero-model in the recent thirty years is not only thecontinuity of Chinese traditional social morality and the traditional cultures about Hero-modelof CCP, but also an inevitable requirement for complicated contradictions in the time of reformand opening-up, the loss of systems in the process of system transition, the needs of the reformand innovation and other factors. There are many heroes and models that established in therecent thirty years by communist party of China and Chinese government. These heroes andmodels are mainly divided with diverse types in the workers, the peasants, soldiers, intellectuals,cadres and so on and so forth. Compared with before reform and opening up policy, there aresome changes on the heroes and models in the recent thirty years. The images of the heroesand models are people who have the correct political position, good works and the morals.The Hero-model sprits is a high summarization of the advanced thinking which possessed bythe heroes and models and it is also the core of the Hero-model culture which is expressed inspirit of patriotism, firm communist beliefs, the spirit of serving the people wholeheartedly, thespirit of pioneering and innovating, the spirit of loving their work and be loyal to his duty. Heroes and models come from the extensive social activities. The establishment and publicityof heroes and models need some system support. Only guaranteed by some systems andsupport, heroes and models can constantly emerging and the Hero-model culture can be carriedforward incessantly. The heroes and models could be known and followed by people in manyways such as the interview, dedication and invest honorable titles by leaders. Besides couldget some certain honors, the heroes and models could also get political promotion and economytreatment. In the recent thirty years, on the base of inherit the tradition, the carried forwardideas and the publicized terrace, content and method which in the shaping procession of theheroes and models has developed a lot.There is great significance to rewarding the heroes and models and enhance the hero-modelculture.
