Research On Chinese Hero-model Culture In The Past 40 Years Of Reform And Opening-up

Hero-model is short for heroes and models.As a cultural form with heroes and models as carriers,Hero-model culture is an important embodiment of the core social values and mainstream culture,which contains a lot of content.It is of great significance to strengthen the soft power of Chinese culture.Since the reform and opening-up,our country emerge a number of epic heroes and models.They have performed immortal feats,set up a monument of lofty spirit in order to promote the continuous development of China's reform and opening-up.Therefore,exploring the heroes and models,the Hero-model spirit and the characteristics of the Hero-model culture,has epochal significance and research value.Over the past 40 years of reform and opening-up,a large number of heroes and models have emerged in China.Through the analysis of the representatives of heroes and models in the fields of military public security system,science,education,culture,health and sports system,industry,commerce,agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and sideline industry,this paper combs the three historical stages of the 1980 s,1990s and the new century,including their deeds,spirits and propaganda methods.Besides,through in-depth analysis of the generation environment,content composition,and evaluation criteria of the Hero-model culture,the characteristics of the Hero-model culture are summarized.Since the beginning of the new century,in the face of complex and changing domestic and foreign environments,we must attach great importance to the construction of the Hero-model culture,constantly enrich the spiritual connotation of the Hero-model culture,and make the Hero-model culture bloom with the brilliance of the times in order to vigorously promote the core values of socialism and strengthen the influence of mainstream ideology.At the same time,we should strengthen the institutionalized construction of the protection of the rights and interests of the heroes and models,improve the level of publicity and education of heroes' deeds,and show the spiritual value of heroes' education,so as to make the learning heroes into conscious actions of the broad masses of the people.
