First part of the article through the typical case analysis and summary of the basic characterist ics of mediate bribery crime and constituent elements, simultaneous analysis of national penal provisions relating to mediation in bribery, and history. Some o f the major2taking bribes is compared with the normal good offices taking b ribes, the difference in order to arrive at Good Offices bribery is different fro mm accepting bribes. Part3is the study of the mediation on the Independence accepting bribes. Through our charges of methods and principles, the United N ations Convention against Corruption in China’s laws, and my criminal legislati on affecting technical problems accepting bribes to mediate the effects of3off ices on the need for taking bribes. Part four by law No.388of the Penal Co de analysis, summarized the problems in articles, and mediate bribery methods of improvement and perfection of criminal law provisions.
