Research On Enhancing The Scientiifc Level Of Mass Work Of The CPC In The New Situation

Mass work is the good tradition and political superiority of the CPC; is the magicweapon the CPC could go from weakness to strength and march from victory to victory. Inthe CPC’s90-year revolution, construction and reform, mass work is the foundation of thewhole work of the Party and the reliable guarantee for completing historical missions indifferent periods. At present, China is in all-round transition and social conflicts graduallyappear. The Party’s mass work has shown lots of problems. For example, the idea of masswork is not scientific; the ways and means of are backward; the system is not perfect. So,exploring a new mass work road that meet the need of new situation is very important andurgent. This paper researches mass work in the new situation from the perspective ofscientific, the purpose is showing that improving new mass work should go the scientific road.For this, we can deepen the researching and thinking about mass work.This paper is composed of four parts. The first Part: The general theory of mass workscientific of CPC. This part is mainly to analyze the related concepts of party’s mass workand the origin, research present situation, importance, urgency of this subject. The secondpart: To review the historical process of Party’s mass work over the past90years, and theoverall thinking, experience of each stage; to analyze the achievements. The third part: Toanalyze problems and reasons of Party’s mass work in the new situation. The fourth part: Todiscuss the approaches of enhancing the party’s mass work scientific level.
