In consumption of insurance transactions, there is disparity between the insurer and the insured’s ability. so the insured’s understanding of Insurance contract content mainly depends on the instructions made by the insurer. And the insurer uses the insurance contract to shirk responsibility or fraud, so the insured lose confidence in the insurer in the insurance industry. In such a case, the definition of insurer’s special obligations becomes a key research direction of the field of law. Only when Legislators clearly define the insurer’s special obligations, is this system operational, and thus is the insurance industry stable, health, long-term development.
