Under the background of emerging Internet’s burgeoning financial, Internet insurance business also got rapid development since 2013, at the same time, the rise of the Internet insurance has changed insurer’s specified duties.It is followed with diversified information,static and unilateralization communication mode, grass-roots "information objects, diversification of information."Insurance law" is to protect policyholders’ right, from strengthening the underwriter of traditional insurance products specified obligation, extend to information disclosure obligation on new products. Despite it issued the Internet insurance business in December 2014 regulations(draft) ", but it has not yet come into effect; Under this situation, the judiciary inevitably fall into the predicament of the "bricks without straw”,in the face of the Internet insurance disputes.The particularity of the emerging network sales model is challenging the above regulation. This article attempts from the insurance products on the environment of network marketing, aiming at the special requirements of Internet insurance, against the insurer specified duties and the underwriter information disclosure obligations, from two aspects of theory and practice to make the law, in order to make recommendations for insurance consumer protection law system.In this paper, besides the preface and epilogue, the text is divided into four chapters, chapters specific content is as follows:The first chapter is the underwriter contracting of overview information. This chapter mainly introduced the contracting information obligation system.It shows from that the insurer is liable to policy-holder’s specified obligations and special product of the information disclosure obligation. It introduced the theory basis.In addition, in this chapter obligations in network marketing mode of the new characteristics and the distinction between information disclosure system are introduced.The second chapter is specified about marketing obligation specific rules of design. This chapter introduced three main marketing model as the basis.The obligation of the insurer is specified under the network environment.Subject is introduced. The second part specified content, object, time and performance of the method are analyzed. In addition, this chapter also analyzes in insurance products sales network in the specified effect rule of refactoring.The third chapter aims at the investment-oriented insurance product information disclosure obligation. In this chapter the investment-oriented insurance products relative to the general insurance products have special legal nature, made clear the attribute of securities. It has been cleared about the third party platform in the insurance product sales should bear part of the disclosure obligation.In addition, this chapter defines the content and the method of information disclosure from the Angle of comparative law.The fourth chapter is the improving suggestions about the contracting information for underwriter. This chapter analyzes the underwriter contracting information to provide the real obstacle. It put forward superficial suggestion for bligation to specify obligations and the improvement of the information disclosure system.
