Employer’s Liability Of Sexual Harassment In The Workplace

Recently years as the pace of globalization has been accelerated and the fast development of the social economy our society has gained great success but meanwhile many problems related to the law also emerged especially the study on how to judge the responsibility of the employer when sexual harassment occured in his workplace there is no doubt as a new thing it can be said to be one of the most controversial issues as well known sexual harassment is becoming a more difficult problem in the law practice for its own features such as elusive difficult to get evidence etc.in addition as a legal state we still have a lot of work to do on how to arrange the employer’s responsibility properly and build a good legal environment for our country.With the case as an example I divided my paper into three parts in the first part Ⅰ offered the question in the second part I will make a detail about some basic issues related to the case and finally hope to give some advice to the development of our legal society.
